Just the shifter **** without the button. I understand the inside of the **** has to be wallowed out or dremeled or something to fit onto the '04 model shifter. The button attaches differently too, in an LT, the top of the button is hinged and only the bottom portion goes in, in an F150, the whole button goes in when it's depressed.

I think Quintin or someone else said the tan color interiors were a bit different. Not 100% sure though...
