i asked this question in the mark lt section. got no response. thought i would ask in this section, hoping someone might know.

any one know when they will release incentives on the LT's.

these trucks are sitting there on the lot. same 5 or 6 for a month now. at 47k a piece and not seeing any on the road i would think that they would be coming up with some sort of incentive.

 

Why not just waltz into the dealer and offer them 40K for one? Worst they can say is no. I've seen several so far, people are buying them around here...

 

i doubt youll see any incentives any time soon. the Mark LTs are not made to sell like hotcakes, in fact, if i saw them around everywhere, they would lose their wow value. but like earlier, make an offer and see what they say!

 

Yeah, as in, "Wow -- look at that idiot who just spent 50K on an F-150 with some cheesy plastic taillamps and a slightly different grille!"

tok a test drive last night. the sales guy figured cost of new truck and the diff of what my 04 depreciated to and came up with, if i give him my truck and 18,000.00 (plus tax and all the other dealer BS) i could own the lincoln f150. i said WOW. then i said to the wife and kids lets go.

when he gave me the numbers the WOW factor went to holy $h1t factor.

he says he has no idea when rebates are coming. but they have been selling alot of lt's. funny the same 6 have been on the lot for a month now and i havent seen one on the road.
