Talking success!

so, Im out polishing the FX4 this evening and my neighbor pulls up in her 02 Tacoma- takes her dog inside, and the groceries then comes back out-
"hey is that the new F150 she asks" me: yea it is- brand new. "thats a really pretty truck- thats alot nicer than my husbands new dodge 1500" (sitting in driveway just in front of me) me: thanks, i really like it- drives solid- great truck. "can i take a closer look" me: sure go right a head (doors are open) "oh my gosh, this is beautiful- im gonna have to get myself one of these- what engine is it?" me: its the 5.4L V8 triton- 300hp "this is so much nicer than my tacoma, and our 05 dodge- im going to the ford place tomorrow and see what kind of deal they'll give me on the tacoma" me: you should get a good deal- you'll really like the f150's.

I had simular sucess with my neighbor lady. She loved my truck and thought her and her husband should buy one. I might add that he just the day before told me his dodge was a "chick magnet". Her husband still scowls when he looks at my truck. So buy your wife a f150 or at least let her drive yours. The option is that she will have her attention on the neighbors!

I need to send you boys over to work on my wife!

I've been waiting impatiently for my new F-150 to arrive for almost a month now, and the other day driving home from the mall she comments nonchalantly, "I wish you would have gotten a Dodge -- they looker cooler than the F-150."

I knew I should have married the red-head from college!!!
