Mark LT Handles and Two-Tone Arizona Beige Paint

Anyone have ANY pictures of LT handles on a two-tone (arizona beige accent) truck? It doesn't have to be black... any color will do. I'm just trying to figure out if the chrome would look right with the beige color on the same panel. It just seems like the metallic flake of the beige and the chrome wouldn't look right but, I just can't picture it in my mind well enough to know for sure... heck, it might look killer... just not sure.

Thanks guys.

hey RP, here's a quick photoshop using a pic from your gallery and one of Dzervit's pic hope it helps. I think it looks really slick

if it still doesn't help you get a good idea of what it'll look like, have you thought about buying just the one handle and testing that out?

Hmm... thanks for the chop.

I'm not really gunning for the Arizona Beige handle look but more for the black LT handles look (black bucket on the assembly with a chrome handle). Any way I could get you to chop something like that?

Thanks man!!!

I was thinking about doing the LT handles on my truck, but I think they'd look out of place. Someday, I'll buy two more outside door handles and work on painting them body color in my spare time.

I wish I could come up with four off of a wreck or something... I just hate to buy them when I already have four that I can screw up without buying more! LOL!

DZ had a good idea for those of us that have black though Quintin... buy the LT handles and just use the buckets. Sand down our stock handles and mount them to the LT buckets and... presto...

I still just don't know if the AZ beige and Chrome would jive together.... P-choppers unite to help RP!

Thanks guys!

I hadn't thought about using the LT buckets...that'd save a lot of sanding and prep work, just looking at them, I could see how that'd be a complete and total pain in the ***.

Hmmm...dammit, now y'all are gonna have me spending more money.

I just plant the seed... you guys water the idea and make it grow...

Hell, I had already painted 3 of my 5 handles, spend $160 in paint and supplies and hours in labor... then scrapped it all for the LT handles! I'm saving you guys money by telling you to save your time and just get the LT parts...

RP - I think it will look good. I'll make you a deal, you buy the black LT handles/buckets and install them on one side of your truck. If you don't like them, I will pay you full price and probably put them on mine. I was going to order some this week, but I will gladly wait and see if you like them before buying some. A deal you can't refuse!

While we are at it, anyone feel like putting my handles on the LT buckets....im thinking that would look absolutely amazing.

RP if you need a second out on the handles i will buy them from you as well, as i cant even get them here yet. I went to my dealership and gave them the part numbers and nothing shows up in the system yet for Canada!
Just to much work to switch everything over.

I might just buy replacement handles and sell my existing set on ebay.
Man all these mods are going to drive my wife insane.!

Later Trev

Thanks Marzi!

1KK: I'll fire you an email shortly. I wouldn't be opposed to buying a set and trying them out if I have an 'out' if they don't look right... which I'm still very apprehensive about...
