I'm a new member and I've had my truck for a while but no computer. finally caved in to the wife and bought one. I've attempted to do everything right, with the gallery and everthing but to be honest i dont know what the hell i'm doing. any advise on how to use a computer will be well received. excellent forum and alot of very nice trucks. And i do hate luggage but it pays the bills.

 

I like luggage, it makes traveling much easier.

Yeah -- figured that out later by looking in your gallery. Duh!

I am really anxious to see what the 5.4 is like in the standard cab/short box configuration. The only standard cabs I could find down here in Houston were all V6's, so I could only drive them to get a "feel" for the dimensions of the truck. I'm thinking that 5.4 in the smallest body package available should be a lot of fun!

Did you special order yours? I would say we will have pretty rare birds in that there will be relatively few standard cab/shortbox/styleside/XLT/4x2's ever made with the 5.4!

 

yeah u dont see a whole lot out there. it moves pretty nicely. needs a few mods to really wake it up but im saving for a supercharger, so itll remain stock till then

i was going to special order it but they had one almost exactly how i wanted in stock so i took it. the only other options i wanted was the 3.73 gears and the foglights, but i picked up a pair of foglights and am waiting for my body kit to get here to put them in. and i may switch to 4.10 gears later

as far as your gallery, i believe if u click on someones galley link to view it, u will then see somewhere a link for "create your own gallery" or something. it should be pretty easy to follow the steps from there. u can then upload pics to your gallery from your pc. hopefuly that will help get u through the gallery setup and then we can work on how to post pics
