Thumbs up New Owner!!! FX4 SCREW!!!

Sup Felas!


No pic's till tonight, I got a question
FX4 Screw Black on Black...I already have 500 miles on her,im going to the dunes.Can I use the 4x4 already or should I wait till I hit 1000 miles?

Great truck!!! Can wait to try the 4x4....

If it were me I'd wait at least a 1000 miles. I'd also personally check each fluid level in all the cases. Congrats on the new ride and skip the dunes and get us some pictures

you can use 4x4 right away.

However, beating the ***** out of it offroading does require a breaking period first (1000 as mentioned above should do fine)

Vary your speeds for the first 500 miles, then don't redline it up until 1,000 miles. Change your oil at 1,000 miles, then go for it!!!

As for 4-wheel drive, you can go anytime, just be easy on the engine until full break-in.
