Talking My First Mod

After a month I finally put on my first bolt on. Unfortunely I have a big move coming up and my wife would only allow this particular mod...but oh well.

I know what you're thinking...Yes its a U-Haul and yes 6000lb capable

Unfortunately performance gains will be minimal (0-60 time and mpg reduced)...but I can haul our 2003 escape to San Antonio

You people and your fancy accessories... Now, I'm going to have to run out and buy one. Where did you get it and how much?

How did the install go -- any special tools required?

Sounds to me like you need to create a special "modification slush fund" that the little lady is unaware of!

I am moving up from Rockport (near Corpus Christi on the coast, just left of HELL). Today with index is 112 ish, yes it is melting .

I like these extreme mods like this. Brings real personality into the truck. Next I plan on all weather floor mats and maybe an airfreshner. I thought about one of those antenna ball smilely faces, but that may break the bank.

On a serious note, you can check my restorations skills out with pics of my 1972 MG Midget, in my gallery. I do miss her.
