Mine came out to $22 or so. I am going to pick it up today in fact, if I can get a ride. RP take a look at my thread, I've updated it with pics of the lift installed towards the end of the thread. Anyways, looks great, I know how I felt when I did my F-150 emblem overlays just the other day, made the whole truck look aftermarket. Looks much better in real life than pictures, I'm sure it's the case for this as well (not saying it looks bad, but the pics don't do it justice as always).

You're right there! Pics rarely do things justice... then again though, sometimes, I suppose, they can do too much justice. I know I've seen black paint pictures that look killer but, when pulled into proper focus and light, the swirls come SCREAMING out of them...

It really looks good RP!!

Damn, so many choices. Im really feeling the 4x4 emblem but I can't decide between it and the FX4 emblem!

I too like the FX4 emblem, even though I am not an Fx4 I still might get it, red looks fantastic on black. Where do you get that tiny fx4 emblem, what vehicle is it on (expy I believe)

If mine was an FX4, I probably would go with the FX4 but, that's just my personal opinion... *shrugs*.

Either way, I think that adding something there, like these emblems, really helps to balance out the look. Not that it looks 'bad' in stock fashion but, it is a large space with nothing to call it's own... To me, the 4x4 completed the look. I'm very pleased.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I sincerely appreciate them!

Put this magnetic bumper sticker on my tailgate the other day.

Whenever I park the truck I take it off, I know how militant the Bush supporters are

Hey RP....

If you already mentioned this, I apologize. But did you try out the V8 badge on the fender or anywhere else on (or in) the truck that might look halfway decent? I like the look of the badge in your other photos, but not sure I would put it on my tailgate. And my truck isn't a 4x4 so I can't copy your latest mod Just curious if you've found any semi-good-looking places for your V8 badge yet....

Thank ya sir!

Hmmmm, what to do with the V8 emblem.... Let's see, how about:

You did buy two, didn't you. Of course you did.

The tailgate looks terrific, balances it nicely. I've always thought it a bit odd that Ford decided to put the Oval right in the middle like that. You came up with a great way to fix it!

You know, honestly, in my opinion, the V8 doesn't look too bad on the tailgate but, it didn't accentuate as well as the 4x4 badge.

I didn't buy two of them but did think about the fenders -- again though, I just think it's too 'busy' and looks cluttered to add them on the fenders (thanks for the chop though).

For now, the V8 will stay on the shelf or find it's way to the tool box.

Going to have to pre-veto that one.
