Do Factory tires come ballanced?

Do Factory tires come ballanced?
If my tires are not ballanced from the factory, should ford balance them under warrenty? or do i have to pay for that?

I took mine in and told them there was a vibration at highway speeds, kinda like the tires were unbalanced......

They balanced all four under warranty.

Still being under warranty you should have no problem getting them to balance them for you.

Yes, they are balanced at the factory. Normally warranty will cover balancing for 12/12. I received a letter from Ford stating that the tire warranty had been extended to 3/36.
