Good Deal?

Well I've been running all around a got the best price from Discount Tire of $1826.43 including a road hazzard warranty and wheel warranty, tax, install, Helo Maxx 6 18s, Nitto Terra Grapplers 325/60/18s. I'll be picking up the wheels and tires tomorrow. So I'll get pictures up as soon as possible. Personally I think I got a great deal.

I think it could go either way with the chrome or black. Just depends on what way you decide to sway and match all of your other accessories with them.

I'll post up pictures on Thursday after I get them installed!

I was just quoted $2215 for the same exact setup. Have prices really gone up that much in 5 months?

Thumper, I like a lot of the things you've done to your truck (Westin Bully Bar, wheels & tires, lift), I hope you don't think I'm copying you when I eventually catch up.

I used the search feature to check for Helo Maxx 6 deals. I know most people wouldn't have bothered doing a search, but I myself try to search for answers first, rather than asking and seeing the same questions/concerns over and over again.

BTW, Nice truck

Would these wheels work with stock tires?

We must encourage this behavior... someone actually SEARCHED for something and found it!!!

Nicky - some folks have wedged wider tires on the slim 7.5" wide stock wheels. Check out nittotire.com for their reccomendation for wheel width. Odds are it will say 8 to 9" width is required.

I was wondering if anyone has going aftermarket wheels and kept the stock BFG tires.

EDIT:

Nevermind I just found on the BFG site that the stock Rugged Terrain can mount on a 7.5-9.5 wheel.

Thanks. I was just kidding. I start reading threads without checking dates and then I get confused. It's something that happens quite often. Anyway...kudos for using the search. I use it quite a bit myself.

Real Estate but most of my mods have been funded when I sold one of my motocross bikes.
