The high number of trucks you drove that you said have vibrations is extremely unusual. Keep looking and keep us posted on your progress. Best of luck.
I think there may be a few full of themselves but hardly alot of people. Saying that many new trucks had vibration problems and the dealer calling them junk? Cards I still find that extremely difficult to agree with unless like has been mentioned that you drove them all down the same road that might have caused you to feel what was not actually there. I have a 05 Scab with no vibration issues. My Adopted daughter has no vibration issues. Several of my customers who also drive F150s have no vibration issues. To say that many do is still unrealistic IMO. Now with that said I hope you find one you like and continue to add to these forums and don't hold it against those of us who may have jumped the gun.

Of course some of us are full of ourselves.

It's what makes this site interesting.

If you've been here for more than 6 months, you've seen alot of trolls here. They kind of post stuff like Card's first post, and then laugh.

The responses were what happens when some people, who are brand loyal, get their fur stroked backwards. Maybe it's not right, but it's called REACTION!

Anyway, sorry that you have a vibration problem Cards, and I think you should go to a second dealership and drive on known smooth roadways. I test drove a few before I bought mine, all brand new 04's, and not one of them had the vibe, both KSCity and Dearborne. I bought the Dearborne one just because it was the only FX4 with 6 passenger seating they had on the lot, and they had just backed it off the truck the day before I bought it. Now I'm at 16K, and no vibe, no water leaks, no stalling, no issues.

Hope you find the same soon.

I don't know if Cards is a troll or not, but the funniest part of this thread is TritonXLT saying someone else is full of crap... Now that's funny!

I have no trouble believing him. On certain roads I still get a little vibe, but not THE VIBE. When I was shopping for my 04 I test drove a Lariat that had a serious vibe at about 50-60mph. It was really bad. Drove another one and same thing. I figured something weird was going on and decided not to buy. A week later saw my yellow FX4 in the lot and said I'll give it one more try. No Vibe in mine (and no other problems either...great truck) but it is definately out there.

Cards for what it is worth I have a KC built Lariat Too and it is perfect. No complaints.

And Triton...come on guy...take it easy...how can you be so harsh after all the crap you went through about lying.

I'm giving Cards the same thing I gave you...benefit of the doubt...

Unless proven to be lying I'll believe him.

Good luck with it Card...

The part that gets me is that he is saying the owner is telling him that 2 of the F-150 "are junk" and the dealer is trying to fix them. The owner would NEVER say that even if that was true. I also find it very very hard to believe that 8 F150's he drove had a Vibe in it and 2 of them acually made him pull over! I'm sorry Cards, but I'm not believeing this

Vader716,

what did u mean about what I had to go through with lying?? I'm lost?

The owner of the dealership said 2 out of 5 F-150's are junk?
Im surprised the "owner" would make a statement like that to a prospective customer.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but where does it say "the dealership" stated that 2 of the trucks were "junk"? I read it that Cards told the dealership that 2 of the trucks were "junk" I have seen this posted several times so far and still don't see where the dealership said that, or could it be other perople are misreading? Then again, maybe it's just me

ok...ok, I read it again for the 200th(not really) time and after adding a few missing words to the paragraph, I can see where the dealer made that statement. But then again, I am adding words also.....maybe I should take a nap now, I'm gettting lightheaded from all of the reading or maybe it's all of the beer.....

Triton you are full of misquotes. Yes, I did pull over. The trucks were driveable, but I pulled over so that the salesman could experience the vibe first hand for himself.

I'm not going to argue with you since it's not going anywhere, but now you say that you pulled over so the saleman could experience the vibe frist hand"?? Now go back to your frist post. you say "the Vibe on 2 trucks got so bad where I had to pull over" Your saying two difference things yet again, which one is it?

How is that saying 2 different things. I pulled over because the vibe was so bad that I wanted the salesman to confirm the vibe, which he did. I don't understand why you continue to twist and turn my entire thread. I am saying the same thing, it is you that changes my statements into your own interpertations.
