Welcome to the club. I am still waiting on my replacement one back from the seller. I was told to return mine and send him the tracking number and he would send out the replacement light when he got the number. I sent the light back last Thursday(5/5) and finally received my tracking number on the 9th, but only after I e-mailed him asking for it. You might try high temp silicone on the seams like HIDPlanet said. Thats what I am going to do when/if I ever get my replacement one back.

So whatever happened to the condensation in your light? Is it still around or is it gone?

sorry to hear that you guys are having problems. I noticed slight condensation right after I installed them a few months ago, but none since.

I guess you could always wait and upgrade to the actual OEM Ford Harley lights when they come out.

I am willing to bet that those will be way out of my price range if I know Ford.
