I wouldnt count on it because they only make common bases and not anything specific like ours.
DOT Silverstars are made in Korea and the good ECE ones are made in Germany. There are no ECE vehicles that use our bulbs so that is why they do not produce them.

I actually SPOKE to the folks at both PIAA and Osram (silverstar) and HOEN.
Osram said they would make a 9145 (H10) but not an 9008 (H13)
PIAA sais both are in development
and hoen said this from an email they sent me
"Subject: Re: 9008 and 9145
9008 is under development for the new Mustang. 9145 we have, also known as H10. We expect the 9008 to be released in early 2006 pending contractual agreement signed with Osram as this bulb is patented.
"
I am waiting for a GOOD manufacturer (like one of the three mentioned here)
