About 2 months after I first installed my deflector, I noticed I had initially installed it crooked. The tape came back off fairly easy and still intact. Any longer than that I can't speak for, and perhaps I just got lucky.

And as far as just having it on while you travel, it's not gonna leave a fade line on your hood being on a week or two at a time. However, even though this does install fairly easy, I might consider a bra while traveling to protect the entire front end.

Thanks for all the input guys. I went ahead and installed it. I'm satisfied. Initially I didn't like the thought of sandwiching the guard between the hood and grille. That being said, I really like how stable it is on the hood. Thanks again. Oh, I'll update the sig and gallery soon.
