Ordering '05 Saturday

Well guys,
i'm at a point where I think i'm getting a new truck. 2005 supercrew to replace my 8 yr old 97 supercab. my 97 only has 77,000 miles on it but pretty soon i will be at a point of no-return on it. where it is more expensive to keep it due to loss of equity than sell it now and use the equity on a new truck.

Using the x-plan i will get the new truck for around 28500. throw my $9500 that my bud is offering me for the 97 and the 2500 in rebates + 2k down out of my bank account and I will be financing around 16k. not bad so I'm going to pay it off in three years.

going with xlt...Here is a link to the Vehicle Summary

I think I'm going to install the Ground Force 2/5 drop kit to level the truck out a little.

Let me know what you think.

Nice truck but instead of silver on bottom I would go with Arizona Beige!

I'd definatly go with the Arizona Beige on the bottom. Personally I think it would be a mistake if you didn't go with the Beige. Well anyways, congradulations on the new truck!

beige would look much better. Are you sure you want a color that dark? I have a friend with one that color and he washes it every week but it always looks dirty. Dust and pollen stands out!

Personally, I love how two tone paint looks on a truck! I think that color combo would look great on that truck! Nice looking truck if u do decide to go with it!

they checked all southeastern ford inventories and there was no truck matching my requirements so they will order it on Monday.

Personally I like the silver, especially with the gray interior.
