More Oil Questions
Hello,
You have prob had alot of oil questions as I can see on the forum. How much oil does my 2004 f150 with the 5.4 take? Some people say 6 and some say 7. I am an exact person and would like to know what it takes. I have 170 miles should I use sythetic at the first 1000 mile oil change?? Thanks for your help

First of all, Welcome to the best F150 forum alive. 
That is correct, Seven.
You will find a plethera of info if you ever have a question about anything for your truck.
