Do you guys know if the upgraded ford climate heater switch wire harness will match up with what I have now? I am interested in replacing mine with the nicer one.

Nope, not without replacing some other wiring harnesses and adding a temperature sensor or two. EATC relies on an in car temp sensor and the ambient temp sensor to get the automatic function, and I think the blend door motors are different. It'd be more work than it's worth.
