Actually, the OEM headlight assemblies are listed at $200 per side - at least HERE.

Nice looking Red Wing Nut! Good mod! How long for the install? Did you have trouble with the sockets that has been described in this thread? Lastly, and forgive me from straying from the thread, but I couldn't help but notice your lift in the front. What did you install? Daystar or Autospring? Thanks!

About 15 minutes to do both. Nothing to it. Swapped out the new sockets with the stockers right off the bat. Didn't even bother to check if the new ones worked or not. Auto Spring 2".

I bought mine on Monday and used Paypal. I got an email from him on Tuesday telling me that he would email me once he ships them. I got an email from him on Wednesday telling me that they have been shipped UPS ground. I expect to see them by this coming Monday.

Maybe in your situation, he's over-whelmed by us F150 online users ordering his headlights! Ha! I'm sure you'll hear something soon.

Comparison

Has anyone installed one of the blacked out aftermarket lights, and one stock one, and then drove the truck a night to compare the light output?

That is a very good question.
I thinking that ownsers of the black headlamp can swap out one side and replace it back with the OEM assembly. Park about 15-20 feet away from a white wall and snap a picture while its dark out. That way I ands anyone else can analyze the output and I can detail what the differences are. Im very interested to see this so please, if anyone has time and is willing to do this, please share.

KCSport,
Did you get your lights installed yet? I too have a dark shadow grey and would like to see what it looks like installed.

Thanks,
