Sounds like I probably did get the reflash. Like I said, I am pretty sure the throttle lag has improved. I don't plan on using any programers or anything so I think I am just going to be happy with the improvement without the sticker. I may call to verify the 12650D84 was the reflash tomorrow, but I'm happy with what I've got.
