Motorweek's Drivers Choice

I just saw the latest episode of Motorweek on PBS. They selected the F150 as their driver's choice award winner for full-size trucks for the second year in a row. More interesting was their follow-up on their long-term test of the '04 F150. They loved the truck. They put 28,000 miles on it with zero problems. They said they initially thought the truck was underpowered, but have decided over time that it has sufficient power. They finished by saying its one long-term tester they will hate to see go.

They also gave the new Mustang the nod for performance car of the year.

I've always given Motorweek a little extra credence due to their lack of need for advertising on PBS, but they were absolutely gushing over both of these Ford products. I guess what's good for Ford is good for my resale.

I really like Motorweek. They seem to be the most fair and unbiased car show out there. Between their review of the Mustang GT and the auto show I just went to I'm seriously looking at a '05 Sonic Blue GT. They are selling so good though that you can't get a low interest rate for 5 years yet. I was told that I have the "Blue Fever". Whenever Ford come out with something new, I want it.

I for one am surprised that it lasted that long myself. I expected RP to lock it or delete it on the first couple of pages.

you know what was funny?? That thred about Titan vs f150 somehow was started over at the Titan fourm today. Remember that "Jokers" guy or how ever you spell his name always talking on here about how he owns a titan and bashes f150's in every which way?? He started to talk crap over at the Titan fourm about the f150's and the moderators got on him like flys on you know what. He was banned forever from that sight! haha it was great reading how the moderators were bashing that guy for what he did! It was funny!
That jokers guy might be on here more often now since he has been kicked out of his fourm, but we'll find out.
