they changed the upper chanel now they have the sealer on order and will have to do that too. they checked out the clunking and could not duplicate.

 

my 02 f-150..window (drivers) fell off the track inside the door, my 04 is fine.

 

They actually fixed my window by installing the upper window channel. I am impressed now I have developed a small rattle somewere behing the radio. ARghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

 

Mine goes in tomorrow. It was driving me bananas today......I hope they will fix it the first time cause I really don't wanna go back. I'm leaving it with them for several tsb issues and the oil change and rotate. I dread having to be without my truck for a day. ........
