I'm not to sure about a power sliding window. I am looking in the accessories booklet for our trucks right now and it does have an option you can install a "Manual Sliding rear window"

where is your jack and stuff. I have a reg cab and was told i cant get it because of the jack location. I have the manual one and love it but I like the automatic much much more

I have one in mine. It was a factory option but you had to take the power driver seat as well. Extra $700.00 + for both. I really like it but I have a horrible squeaking noise coming from there
somewhere that i have to get fixed when I get around to it.

I would advise against getting the rear slider in the '04. My '04 S/crew came w/the power slider and it went to the dealer yesterday for the 4th time in as many months for the infamous window squeak/rattle. According to the Ford Field Rep I met w/yesterday, he advised me that they were again going to re-set the w/do and do a few more 'mods' that are not in the TSB. I am to the point that if the problem isn't fixed this time I am going to request a solid rear w/do instead.

FYI-My wife also has an '04 extd cab with a solid window and no problems whatsoever.
Just my opinion.

There are third party power sliders available. Should be able to find a bunch on a web search.

Here is one example, although expensive.
