I'm putting on my Retrax right now. I put the tailgate gasket all the way around and the tailgate won't close. I repositioned the gasket some and it's getting better. Does anyone else have the optional gasket? How did you mount it (flush, over/under flush)? More on the retrax later, just trying to finish the install now.

 

Does it shut at all?

Mine was a very tight fit and I had to "force" it close the first few times but then it settled and I have had no further problems at all!

You know what's funny. After I sat here and searched all the retrax posts, and posted my own, I went back out and it closed. Still a little tight but it closes now. I'm done and taking pics...will be up soon.
