Chrome OEM Wheels

I'm considering a set of Chrome Exchange OEM 18" wheels for my Lariat, has anyone swapped out the factory wheels for a set of Chromed ones? Looking for any recommendations on chrome exchange vendors, pictures etc.. There are several on e-Bay, but price seems a little high as they are an exchange.

Ask your dealer.. think mine wanted an outragous $800 w/ exchange. Start checking the phone book for platers!

An example of what they look like on the truck:

Yup, that's about the price I've been quoted which seems high to me, especially since that's for an exchange....Appreciate the pictures, they look nice just not sure if they are worth the $$, maybe should just wait for all the Lincoln LT take-offs to hit e-Bay...

I decided they are not worth it. Do you plan on upgrading your rubber as well sometime? Most decent sized tires don't like that scrawny 7.5" factory wheel. Soooo... I'll blow money on aftermarket wheels & huge tires.

If your planning on keeping the factory look with more bling... $550 seems kinda/maybe/not really fair... considering it will take the platers some time and you'll have your truck up on blocks! Rumor has it only one company is authorized to make them & sell to dealers. But that could be BS. Shipping can't be cheap, either.... I'd bet its over 6 bills to get them... aftermarket territory!

It's an exchange deal with a $400 core charge and two way shipping charge. If I did that, I'd have $1082 tied up until they returned the core charge. If they did...Kevin
