Im trying to put in the precision phat billet lower grill(fx4), I have two short straight brackets and one long c bracket but its not working. Im I missing something here. The two short brackets are too short to clamp on, the c bracket clamps fine but is not enough to hold it in. The directions suck.Thanks.

 

I just read the install instructions for part #874160 on Precision's website...seemed simple enough...involving 3 threaded studs and securing the powder-coated brackets to the studs with nuts. Maybe it would be best to give Precision a call for tech support.

 

I know but you got brackets that are 2 inches long the grille is at least 6-7 inches tall, so there is brackets in the middle of the grill but there is nothing to clamp onto, Ive emailed precision. My brother and I racked our brains on this one and he is a certified lexus technician who does this petty crap all day.
