?'s for Truxedo LoPro owners

My piggy bank is almost to the tonneau cover level, and I have a few questions for you Truxedo LoPro owners.

1. Any issues with the Truxedo, or are you completely satisfied?

2. How was the install?

3. What is the best price you found?

4. Anyone have a picture of a black Truxedo on a True Blue truck?

Had mine just over a year....GREAT product. I had our local accessory shop install it...took them about 15 minutes....but they do it all the time.

I sell trucks, and push the Truxedo Lo Pro over a normal Access every time I can.

Sorry, no pics...but Truxedo is a fantastic cover.

I love my Lo-pro. It's the best tonneau that I have ever owned. I had the local shop install mine. The price was almost the same as if I would have bought online. I think that I paid $410 + tax.

Here is a link to find a shop near you. http://www.truxedo.com/buy-now.html

Here is a pic although it's on a red truck

I've had mine for about 6 months. It's great. I paid 300 from a dealer in DBQ IA. A buddy and I installed it in less than 15 min. A local dealer was going to charge me 75 bucks to install it. If you can do it your self it's so easy!

Truxedo

I bought a Truxedo low-profile for my 2004 SCAB and it was great. Good fit and pretty water tight. BUT....my truck got totalled in Decemeber so now all I have left is a 3 month old Truxedo Low Profile for a 6 1/2 SCAB bed (along with a set of black SS bed rails). Anyone in the Raleigh, NC area, I am willing to sell the Truxedo for 200 (pick-up) and the rails for 100 (pick-up).

Any leak issues? I'm on the fence between the Access and the Truxedo Lo-Profile. How smooth is the opening/closing process on the Truxedo?

Thanks,
-Travis

Thanks for the input guys. That cover looks sweet on your ride Cincy.
I went to a couple of local truck shops at lunch today to pick one up, but came back with a different one. The first place was a little high $$. The second place didn't have any in stock, but had the new Access Lorado. It cost a little more than the Truxedo, but I liked the added weather seal near the cab, and the material is thicker. It also has a manual slide lock on the passenger side, in addition to the standard lock on driver side. I would have preferred the self-tensioning springs on the Truxedo, but the sales guy said once the cover was adjusted, I would rarely need to tweek it.........we'll see.
I will get some shots of it after install.

Thanks again!

Here's how it looks on Wedgewood blue

Mine is Wedgewood blue but it should be close enough to give you an idea. Look at my gallery. Mine was 425 delivered and it took about 30-40 minutes to install. No leaks - even in the hurricanes last fall.

Ive had both, go with the Access. I found it was the better one after using both for over a year each.
