Unhappy please help, please

my 2004 xlt 4x4 supercab has been in the shop numerous times for a shake, 2 broken posi units and an intermitent miss. each time it has been kept for a couple of weeks and a call to come get it.i am now on my 4th loaner from the dealer, 2 crown vics 1 ranger and now an explorer. I have dates and times of each problem listed, the dealer gets this updated list each time i take in my truck. i am in need of the name and address of whom at ford to call and write to in reference to this. my letter to them is written along with a list of problems to include dates.

someone please help me with an address and or phone number of whom i need to contact.

Did you buy the truck from the dealer? If so check your state laws most have a law on the books called the Lemon law. This is generally a last resort but something you can keep in your hip pocket. Check out this link it should help:

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your truck. If you do a search in the 2004 - 2005 F150 Forum on "DSB", you will find a wealth of information. There are some great write-ups on some peoples experiences.

Good luck and hopefully you get a chance to enjoy your truck soon.
