Vacuum Hub Problem

As many of you know, with the new F150 the truck actually locks the hubs when you turn it off and releases them when you start up the truck again. My truck has developed a problem where one hub will not unlock on start up from time to time and creates a shaking/vibration when driving which would have you thinking the truck is possessed. Initially I thought I had the vibe but this problem has been diagnosed and witnessed by the dealer. This has only begun recently as my truck now has 19,000KM and was perfect before this problem arose. The situation is, to this point they have not been able to solve the problem. Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas what would need to be replaced or repaired? Sorry for the long post!
