Retrax Questions

I am very happy with this add-on to my truck.

I have noticed some superficial rust in the channel where the rollers run - do I have to lube that part and if so, with what - any suggestions?

What do members suggest as a protectant for the cover itself - 303 or any other suggestions?

Thanks
Frank

150Okie,

I've had my Retrax installed for over 14 months. I don't think you need to lube the channel. The rollers in mine have never had a problem. As far as protectan for the cover, you can use whatever wax or sealant you use for the rest of the truck. I've used Meguiars NXT, as well as Zaino.
