Well my dealer called me this past week and he said my 05 FX4 Scab should be in the week of Feb 20 th. I just can't wait!!! This morning I went with the wife to the dealer for a recall on her '03 Escape, so to kill time I asked to test drive an FX4 they had on the lot that is very close to what I ordered. Awsome. I really needed to do that to hold me over till my rig gets in. Maybe it made things worse as now I'm really anxious to get this truck. It's taking a full 10 weeks for delivery from the day of purchase. I know it's not forever, but I want to start modding it (tuner,exhaust,intake, tonneau etc) after a brief "break in" period in stock trim. Man am I crazy being this anxious or what?
Well, just had to vent a bit and what better place than to fellow F-150 brothers and sisters. Hopefully I'll have some good pics when she arrives, I'll just need some help in how to post them. Thanks for letting me vent.

 

I think we alll would be just as you are, if we had to wait that long also. Nothing wrong with that at all. Can't wait to see pics.

LOL, I'm really looking roward to this, It hasn't been since '96 that I factory ordered a new vehicle when I got my Mustang Cobra and I honestly don't remember being this excited. (I still have that car) I have a '99 Explorer that I'm trading in but I took that off the lot. I'll miss it. It has been a good reliable dependable friend that has gotten me home from many a hunting, fishing, or camping trip every time. Hope the F-150 is as dependable.
