it is the hurricane. this is the only hemi fighter.

the real specualtion is whether this will be a standalone engine or will there be smaller variants to replace the Tritons.

Don't support the blue oval news. Websites like that really do hurt Ford and what it is trying accomplish and keep secret. Don't subscribe, don't visit thier site. In the end things are better for everyone if blue oval news goes away.

If you really like Ford don't support people who are trying to bring it down.

peace

My friend is a Ford dealer Parts Mgr, he told me that the new Lightning is going to blow away the hemi, so that is what you might be hearing in the rumor mill.

Blow away the Hemi? They need to worry about blowing away the Ram SRT10's with the new Lightning!! The regular F-150's need an engine to blow away the regular Ram Hemi's.

Didn't they cancel the Lightning until at least 2008 and maybe beyond? Your parts manager must be on crack.

Can someone please elaborate why Blue Oval News is so bad?

I do not know anything about them. Nor am I trolling for a pissing match. Just curious.

Wouldnt little 'leaks' of into keep people interested in new stuff and help them plan what the next vehicle would be???? (if thats actually what they do, I have never been there)

I for one am drooling over the rumored specs of the new Mustang Cobra. Supposedly a 5.4 with supercharger. Rumored to have 500 hp. And that rumor is why I am not selling my F150 now and getting a 05 Mustang GT OR something else on the market.

Again, just curious.
