First time buyer: 2005 Lariat 4x2

Hey folks,
Anyone know what kind of payment I can expect to get with a LEASE program for a 2005 4x2 Lariat with 5.4 engine? Thanks, this is my first time on the market...and the first car that I will be paying on my own (I am 23). Thanks!

P.S> I will be shopping in the San Antonio area. Anyone have any recommendations??

Hey Skunker.

I don't know about you payment, but I have purchased my last 3-4 Fords from her.

Go see Susan Startz at Bluebonnet Ford in New Braunfels. It's about 20 minutes north of San Antonio on IH35.

Tell her Craig from Schertz sent you.

Not real sure honestly...

I seem to recall seeing a LEASE calculator on FoMoCo's Credit site though.

Also, I don't know about down there but, they're running ads on television here for a 2 year lease of some sorts for less than $300/month. To me, that sounded like a very good deal... unless you have to log a bunch of miles annually like me.

Best of luck with your decision and don't hesitate to turn to f150online.com if you have additional questions!

Thanks Rockpick!

I sent some quote requests last night to various Ford dealerships and should be getting a few responses by now via email. I'll let you guys know.

Okay, been wheeling and dealing via email with some of these "internet managers".

Anyone heard of Grande Ford in San Antonio? At first, they quoted me some great prices for two trucks, and then when I asked for them to email me the window stickers, they were for two different trucks. Humm.....fishy...

Also, can anyone tell me whether the Lariat comes standard with the FLOOR SHIFTER or are those optional?

Thanks.

I went and test drove a 4x2 Lariat screw 5.4L and priced them in my area - Orange County,Ca. I made it all the way into the room to make a deal but they didn't meet my demands. They would sell me a 2005 for $26000, thats 10K off sticker but only on a gold one and a burgandy one. All other colors like white and grey they wanted $28000 for the exact same truck. These are purchase prices but I did check leasing and they said for me $3000 down and $441/mo tax included on a white Screw with black leather and floor shift. Ohh and the floor shift is an option but it seems the majority of theses Lariats on the lot are floor shift models. Hope this helps.

$26,000.00 for an 05 Lariat?.....sounds like that is a great price.
Wish my lease on my old 01 F-150 was not up in January of 04, I could have been driving a Lariat for the same money as an XLT!

I bought mine from Joe Martin at Northside Ford. He works in the fleet department. Whatever you do, don't go to Gillespie Ford. They'll try and poke your eyes out.
