What is the little vent under the Control Center buttons on the dash for? Is it a temp sensor for the Climate Control???

Yes, that is where the in car sensor is located for those vehicles equipped with EATC.

That's where Ford has hidden a microphone. It records every word you say and then is sent back to customer service via satellite to be analyzed. If you have any complaints about your truck make your you speak loudly and clearly into the opening.

It's for the electronic temperature control. Found that out when I was installing my stereo. There is a duct that leads from the small slits to some sort of sensor near A/C/heat unit.
