Mudflaps

I bought the factory flaps for my 2004 SCrew FX4.
Long story short, they did NOT fit. The part number was correct (it was stamped and described right on the inside of the flap) for the vehicle but one of the screws did not line up even close to the bottom most hole. I started to think there was a special part number for the 5.5 foot bed, but ford had nothing listed.
I drilled my own hole in the mudflap and they fit perfectly.

p.s. Anyone else notice the bedside immediately behind the rear wheel where the mudflap goes is a rust trap? The fender flare creates a water trap that's a devil to clean.
