Leving Kits - More Information
TreeKiller, I was unable to respond to your email, it kept giving me some sort of error about address unknown, anyway, to give you the info you were looking for, I got the FX4 Emblem right from my local Ford dealer. Just tell them it is the gate emblem off of 2003 Expedition FX4, as I don’t have the part number.
The autospring leveling kit is awesome. It took me and my brother 2 hours to do the full install and alignment. If you are mechanically inclined at all, you could easily do the install yourself. I sacrificed none of the stock ride, maybe even rides better, and it is easier to install than the Daystar due to not having to compress the spring. You can get it from autospring.com, I just called the guy, and ordered the 2” leveling kit,
which is a 1 5/8” spacer.
The grille inserts are carriage works 6 piece inserts, and a bumper insert. I got mine from TSEtruckstuff.com for roughly $180 for both all together.
As for the airaid, I like it a lot, I had a noticeable increase in power, and there isn’t much noise difference, only when the engine Is under load is when it gets loud. I would highly suggest it, as their customer service is top notch also.
Hope I could help!

I have seen the pics too, but after looking at my rig after the install I am quite convinced that there may have been some installation differences. I have 2 or more inches stil left between the upper control arm and the coil spring and the ball joint angle is not nearly as bad as the ones I have seen in the pictures.
I will post a few pics of my install soon. Its awsome! I went with the 2-1/2" Autospring and they worked great!

It's like I stated in another thread I started on this subject the dealer installed my Autospring 2-1/2" spacers which gave me a 2-3/4" lift. I had a 3-1/4" difference from front to rear which left me with a 1/2" difference which makes the truck look awsome. Several techs were gathered looking at the truck after stating "Now that's how a 4x4 should look!". I then drove directly to the shop where I get alignments and they were able to align the front end to perfect factory specs. The computer printout showed all values toe, camber, caster and etc. all almost dead center in the factory spec range.
When I got the truck home I looked at the control arm and the ball joint angle and they were not nearly like some of the pics I have seen. My control arm has at least a 2 inch clearance from the coil spring and looking at the ball joint angle, yes it's different than before but not extreme like I have seen in some of the pics. I will try and get some pics soon and post them.
