Smooth ride equals speeding!?!
I alway end up catching myself speeding, both in town and out on the highway. On my Thanksgiving trip to Texas and back to Wisconsin, I was averaging at least 85 there and back towing a trailer with my motorcycle. Smooth ride all of the way. Luckily, I didn't see any cops and didn't get a speeding ticket.
I think that half or more of the brake dust problem, not to mention rotor complaints, comes from going faster than you intend on these trucks. After I learned how not to let it creep up, my brake dust problem ended. TOO smooth. Love it though.

Part of my commute to work is on about 15 mi of newly paved 3 lane highway at 5 a.m. The limit is 55, but at 70 I feel like I'm sitting still, and very often I creep up well over 80. At first I thought my speedo was off, but I checked it against one of those portable radar units on trailers that police around here use to remind you how fast you're going and it was dead on. it is definitely the quietest, smoothest ride I have owned.
