@#^%&+*&^ water in my fog light!!

Wouldn't you know it, first snow of the year and on my way to work tonight I got water off the road in the fog light on the drivers side and the Silver Star bulb actually blew apart!!! I had noticed the the lense on that side was a little cloudy from moisture one day last week when it rained, but I did not think it would leak that bad. I guess its off to the dealer tomorrow morning to let them replace that side fog light fixture...Doom and gloom strikes again....

better get that silverstar outta there when u take it to the dealer since it technically doesnt belong in there. Not the first person to complain about blowin their modified SS fog light. Just a suggestion so u dont have any hassles.

vvyk3d is right.

If they wanted to really play ball with a great big bat, they could refuse the work based on your modification. FYI.

Thanks for the concern with the Silver Star bulbs, but my dealer is very "mod friendly. The owner and I have been friends for several years. He actually came to the drag strip and was willing to lend a hand, and supply some small parts for both my Lightning and my Cobra which were purchased from him, and both very heavily modified. Several times I had both of those vehicles at his dealership on display.. He is a real gearhead himself.
His only responsibility will be to replace the leaky fog lamp fixture.

Let us know how it works out. I blew a silverstar as well and now have a cloudy lens.
