New 2004 XLT

I just picked up my new blue 2004 supercab XLT last weekend and I'm really stoked about it ......The only thing I don't like, or should I say I just like better...is that I like the look of the bar grill better as opposed to the honeycomb that comes on the XLT. I assume I can order one from my dealer and change it out, but does anyone know of any internet after market sources that sell the stock oem style bar grills?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new ride.

A good place to look for the grill is ebay. You can normally find what you are looking for and the prices are better than what the dealer will charge you.

Enjoy the new ride.

Congrats on the new ride and Good Luck with her.

I like the look of the honeycomb grill on my truck, it color coordinates with my accent color.

If you decide to buy an OEM from Ford, you are buying the painted or chrome trim around the grille also. It is all one piece. Depending on the color of your truck, it may be pre-painted, or it may need to be painted...Kevin

Ford Parts Network sells the Bar Style stx for $214.96 plus shipping. It comes in Grey, Ebony, Oxford White, Yellow, Blue, and Vermillion.

Forgot to mention that I don't know if the emblem comes with it. I noticed that the emblem is sold seperate and it costs $ 22.20.

Thanks guys....thats good to know about the trim piece being part of it cause I did see one on ebay but it's sans trim.

Oh by the way don't get me wrong, I too like the look of the honeycomb...I just like the bar style better.

i also like the XLT honeycomb grill. i do want, however, the chrome surround that comes on the Lariats. i'd like it to match the front bumper. if any lariat guys want to trade, let me know!
