Headlight switch removal?

The little woman got me an Autoloc power lock/keyless entry kit for my STX. Gotta Love her...Anyway, The kit is top notch, and not difficult to install, pain in the butt part is trim removal. Anyway, Driver's door is done and everything wired up and working great. If it ever stops raining, I'll get the passenger door finished.

Anyway, I need to get the headlight switch out, I figured this would be the simplest place to wire the relay to flash the parking lights. Anybody gotten this switch out before?

the whole silver piece around the switch pops out of the dash. it's like 2x2", just pull from the edge of it and it'll come out.

also, if you open your door, there's a black panel on the side of the dash the pops off too, and you'll have easy access to the wires coming out of the headlight switch.

Thanks Steve, that's what I was thinking...You Da man. My sister lives out your way, if you ever see an 04 that looks like it's owned by the king of white trash, it's probably me going to visit...
