Talking SCREWED ON 24s!!!! PICS!!!!

OK....I finally got some pics for you guys. I will get some better ones later for my gallery but here you go!

In case you missed the first thread these are ACK Aries 24x10s with Kumho 305/35/24s. The truck is stock up front with DJM drop shackles (using the 1.5in drop hole....I tried the 2in and didn't like it) in the back.

nice

These trucks are so big, those rims really don't look out of place!

Thanks for the compliment guys. Believe it or not the pics really don't do the wheels justice.

SVTErick I can't drop the front 2in because the tire would rub....I was scared to death it was going to rub as is but it fits just right. I did have the back lowered 2in but it looked like it was squatting so I raised it up 1/2in so now its lowered 1.5 in the back. To me it looks right because I like a little rake to it.

Wandell I just realized your in Cairo. I live in Albany. I use to be in Cairo twice a week with work...I am a Pharm Rep. Small world isn't it! Are you going to the Swap Meet in Moultrie next weekend?

Yeah, Ram -- those look pretty damn nice! I'm surprised that big of a rim didn't over-power the look of the truck, but it didn't!

What kind of difference in ride quality have you noticed from the factory rims and tires? I'm assuming there was a noticeable change, given how short the sidewalls are on your new tires (?).

These tires ride WAY better than the factory BFGs did. All my vibrations and steering wheel shake is gone. I thought they would ride rough too but they really dont at all. I guess since they were made really for high end SUVs and Hummers they took ride quality into account when designing them.
