I don't think it's actually a kit. looks like some custom work. A buddy of mine got that same look with a pair of KC Hilites. A few hours of fab work, and he had a four light setup.

Looks pretty cool!

That truck is from H&R Springs. They have a couple of different trucks that same color with those lights. I like the lights in the grille also, but havent seen any kits for it.
