EddyG,
I hope to get pics of all my mods up at some point in time, but the weather has sucked here pretty bad as of late.

Gtullous,

Those headlights look very dark. Did you mod them, or are they aftermarket? Quite nice!

Interesting observation on my KR...

The lower grille is ALL BLACK and thus, I think that kit off of ebay would work for me as well...

*investigates further*

Still happy with that Ostuni? Seems kind of pricey for what you get?

sure, it looks good - almost like it came off the assembly line that way... and the install is literally a snap...

but i hate that ford left that crazy gap in the first place, and i hate that the vendor probably laughed all the way to the bank with my $50...

the piece feels pathetically light and flimsy in your hand, but again, once installed, looks solid...

shame on the people at g.a.p. grille inc. for taking such cruel advantage of our hopeless obsession with these trucks....

I'm sitting here SERIOUSLY contemplating doing it myself.

Especially now that I've noted that my lower is ALL black.... $55 is just terribly harsh.

I have a theoretical question. If a sizable rock came through that gap and took out the power steering cooler, would Ford warranty it or would they claim "road hazard, not our fault"?

Interesting perspective there Net...

Who knows? I certainly hope I don't have to be a guinea pig on that...

I think we're paying for this guy's patent attorney *patent pending*.

Geesh...

I've had it up to the point of buying it twice now and just can't hit the 'BUY IT NOW' link. $59 for a flimsy piece of plastic and some mounting hardware? The pain...oh the pain.
