to remove the front door panel. you remove the two screws on the bottom of the panel then the two screws under the cover in the panel above the arm rest. then you have to pry up and remove the pannel on top of the arm rest the power windows/locks is in is should just pop up then there is a screw under there. then you have to remove the speaker cover and remove the speaker and remove the bottom two plastic nuts that the speakers mount too. then pull straight up and remove. it will still be attached by the wires to the power windows/locks/mirrors/ect. you can unplug them for removel. the last thing that will attached will be the cable that attaches to the door handle. this cable can be removed by rotateing the cable and slideing it out of the slot it is in. I know that is not the most detailed description but I hope it helps. oh by the way when you put it back on make sure you line up the lock *** on the top of the door with the hole in the panel for it. I forgot to do this when I put mine back on and my door wouldn't unlock. if you do do this you don't have to go throught the whole ordeal of removeing your panel again you just have to pop out the ring that surounds the lock **** and line it up then pop it back on again.

I posted some pics on this subject earlier this year. The thread has some pretty detailed pics and instructions. I go through the process of mirror replacement, but you can see the pics and info for how I removed the door panel first. Keep in mind, my truck is a STX so I dont have power windows or locks, but the removal should be pretty close.
Heres the thread where its located. The pics dont start until the second page.

Hope this helps.
