Rear slider w/do squeak

I just bought an 04 S'crew. It went to the dealer yesterday for a rear w/do squeak (1050 miles). They just informed me there is a TSB fix kit on a 2 week national back order. Anyone experience this? If so how long did it take to get fixed. This squeak drives me NUTS!
Thanks!

Is it the power slider that is squeaking?

FtWorth150-It has the power slider but that is not the problem. It is coming from the pass. side stationary portion of the rear w/do.

sacteezyjoe-The dealer told me there is a TSB but the fix kit as they call it is on a 2 week national back order. Apparently there are only screws holding the whole rear w/do assy in. I have no idea what is causing it. It is also driving me nuts. I will post when issue is resolved. Hopefully Ford Parts Div. is running ahead of schedule. YEAH RIGHT!

Do you know what's in the service kit ?, if it's something simple it migh be easier to do the fix yourself ?

Thats the same spot that mine is squeeking at. I think the power portion of it is irrelevant.

I've tried some of the other suggestions that people say about moving the child saftey belt things and such and that still didnt' work.

Even though there is a TSB out, my dealer wouldn't even look at it unless they could verify where it was coming from.

Dark Knight- I don't know what is in the service kit. I am assuming a thicker rubber seal or foam. My dealer has been pretty good. If this doesn't get fixed in a few weeks I will tear into it myself.
BTW-Nice image of the Ford Chick.

sacteezyjoe-As for the dealer wanting to verify, unfortunately that is S.O.P. If your truck is still under warrenty they should at least provide a loaner/rental free of charge. Let me know the outcome.
