What's going on with this "vibration" problem????

Sadly, I think we all wish we knew. I have an fx4 screw that had the sterring wheel nibble and rear end shake. I took it in and they "BALANCED THE F&%$IN TIRES"....low and behold, it fixed the steering wheel nibble and made the rear end dance around even more. I envy those that dont have the shakes
