That's good news... I could swap mine out for the ones that would come with my new 2005 KR.

Other options??

Has anyone (assuming someone actually reads this) tried the QUADRABLADE® LIFETIME WIPER BLADE found at
http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...p-1248/c-10101

It sounds like a good blade, and from I know, JC Whitney has been consistent for years/decades.

Any suggestions for/against these?

Well let's see, two months on a pair of wipers. WowThe anco's were junk. I went with the sillblades. $28.33 shipped. Hard to beat a 5 year warranty. The sillblades rock, but they still sling water some. Must be a design issue, but I can definitely live with these.

I just made a 1,000 mile trip and it never quit raining. I can't say right now that these blades are any better or worse than any other new set of blades. I guess time will tell. Maybe they hold up better and give that new wiper finish forever?

silblades

I finally got my silblades a couple of weeks ago and installed them. I ordered the 20' blades, which was recommended. After installing them though, I noticed a slight squeak on the drivers side blade and a little chatter. I called silblade and told them and asked about the 22's and they sent a replacement pair in the 22 inch. I then rechecked my blades to see if I installed them correctly. Well...I think the clip on the driver's side was upside down because I remembered it not clipping in all the way. So I took it off and turned the clip over and reinstalled it. But this time I swapped the driver side with the passenger side. "Presto"...the sqeak's gone, and they are smooth as silk... no noises. So now I'm stuck with a free pair of 22's. I think I'll donate one to a relative...:santa: ...or should I send them back? I paid like $44 bucks for these things. You should not only get a free pair of blades for that price, but a free movie pass or something as well.
Anyway...I really like the blades so far. Thanks everyone!
