Question Steering Stabilizer

Anyone install one of these on their F-150? Anyone even know if any are available for our trucks? All I found were for the Heritage models. My steering wheel shimmy just increased at around 60mph since getting new 18" wheels (Weld EVO) and larger tires (Nitto Terra-Grapplers) last weekend. Hoping one of these would help things out.

I asked the guy at the 4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers here in Dallas, Texas about a steering stabilizer for the 2004 F150's and he said that the stabilizer wouldn't work and would only cause problems.

I believe Pro comp makes a dual stabilizer setup that may or may not work only with their 6" lift. I'm planning on getting it but I have the lift.

"....would cause problems"??? I always thought these things were passive and designed to alleviate this very problem. Now I'm really curious. I hit a hole in the road or dip and I lose momentary control of the steering.
