Question Remote Start Question

Hey Guys,

Need your help.

I had the dealer install a Ford Bronze remote start. The dealer said it was the first one they installed in a 2004, and it took them all day to put it in.

Once in a while when I start the truck using the remote system it starts and runs for about 30 seconds and then it shuts off, and even if I try starting it again it starts and shuts off again. Other times it works great. I've been trying to figure out if there is an issue with the system, if it was installed wrong, or if it is some type of setting???

Any suggestions??

It sounds like an install problem. Although it could be a bad module, but I highly doubt it.

Thanks for the input Sanddog.

I've seen some of your earlier posts, and you seem to be the person that would know. Any chance you could get me the wiring diagrams, so that I can double check their installation

Thanks again Sandog

After reading some of your posts, it does sound like it took them too long. That's why I would rather check the wiring myself first
, instead of taking it back to them.
