lowering the rear

I have seen some shackles to lower the rear of my 04 scab 4x2 and was wondering if that will reduce my towing capacity, Anyone?

They should not have any affect on towing.

Only changing your spring's would do that. But you may sag a little with it lower if you have some heavy tongue weight.
