Hello all!! Just got me a new 04 F150 Larait 4x4 2 weeks ago. I got the Aspen Green Metallic with beige on the bottom. Pretty sweet. I ordered the SS Banks exaust system for it and it should be arriving any day now. I will let everyone know how it looks and sounds!!!

 

How much did the exhaust set you back, just curious. I'm looking into getting a better exhaust system.

 

The exhaust is all stainless 3.5" mandrell bent pipe from the cat back with a 5" polished stainless tip and a polished muffler. I am from near Pittsburgh PA and total with shipping was $508. I spoke to Banks and got very good feed back from them.

 

Hey I'm from the South Hills of the 'burg. It's funny/odd, I'm the same age as you, an Engineer, and same interests: golf, hunt, atving.

Good luck with the exhaust. I got the Magnaflow SI/DO side exit on mine and it sounds pretty good.

Steve I am from Belle Vernon just south of you down Route 51. I was looking at the Magnaflow system but opted for the Banks. I bought from Banks before and have had good luck with their equipment. Besides, from what I have seen it was about $80 less than the Magnaflow.

 

I am looking at the BB ( billy boat $700 ) exhaust system for my FX4. I am from Washington Pa.

 

I just welded a 50 series delta flow flowmaster muffler in place of stock and she sounds great .

 

I've the Banks Monter sys. on mine and love it! Sounds great.

 

Well I am glad to see that someone has the Banks system on their truck and it sounds good. Thanks Triton for the info.

 

How loud is the Banks exhaust??? I am looking for a loud exhaust system...

 

you want loud just bolt on some 40 series Flows
